I paid for 2 day shipping and it came in a week... The worst part is that the tracking said it would be on time. I couldn’t use it as a gift and wasn’t refunded my money. All Rachel said was “she’s been hearing that a lot”, if that’s the case, my money should have been refunded or at least shipping.

We are sorry about the delay on delivery, we did ship it priority mail, according to what you paid, and shipped it the day after it was ordered. Sadly we can not control the post office's delivery time. We never heard back from you after we responded with instructions on how to track the package, we always work with our customers on refunds when they are requested, thank you.
