How long will it take to get my order?

Depending on the amount of outstanding orders we have, please allow 5-7 business days for your order to ship. Do you accept returns and exchanges?

Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns and exchanges. All of our items are custom made to order, therefore we are unable to resell them. However, our goal is to provide excellent customer service, and we will do everything to ensure that you are happy with your order. Please, contact us is you have an issue with your purchase, before leaving negative feedback. We want you to be completely satisfied and will do whatever it takes to make sure that happens! ** Items returned to us due to an incorrect address will not be eligible for a refund. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that they have entered the correct address during checkout.

Please refer to the size chart in the item listing, and message us if you have any concerns with sizing. The body width measurements on the size chart available is very accurate, and the measurements are copied from our t-shirt suppliers website. The body width can be found by laying the garment flat, and measuring just underneath the arms, across the width of the garment from seam to seam. As a suggestion, please measure your favorite shirt and line it up to the size chart. Shirts may not be returned or exchanged due to size issues as they are custom made to each order.

Do you offer your t-shirt designs in a digital file, for download?

We regret at this time, we are unable to offer our designs in a digital format.

Glitter or Non-Glitter Designs: Machine wash, tumble dry on low heat. Do not iron directly on image. Rhinestone Designs: Machine wash inside out, tumble dry on low heat, or hang to dry.

Custom and personalized orders

Please remember to review your design, spelling, names, dates and the product size chart prior to ordering, as each order is custom made to your specifications and cannot be resold. You are welcome to contact us if you have any questions about customization or sizing before placing your order. If a specific print type and/or print color(s) is not requested at the time the order is placed, the order will be processed as pictured in the first photo in the item listing. If your item arrives incorrect, incomplete, damaged or in any way defective, please notify us within 24 hours and we will work to resolve the problem immediately. Simply send a photo of the issue to us via etsy convo, and we will get a new item to you as quickly as possible.

Can you guarantee a delivery date?

Unfortunately, we are unable to guarantee a specific delivery date as we cannot be held responsible for delays by the US Postal Service. "Estimated" delivery times are shown during checkout, and will depend upon the shipping method you choose. Please do not leave a need-by date in the notes to seller without contacting us first, as all orders are processed in the order they come to us. Our production times can vary greatly, depending upon order volume as every item is custom made to your specifications.

I ordered this shirt for my 2025 senior to wear under his graduation gown come May, it is exactly as described and the exact colors I was looking for. The orange really POPS off the shirt.
