HOW TO USE THE MINERAL CREAM FOUNDATION:
Apply the Mineral Cream Foundation liberally and rub it in well. It can be applied with fingers, makeup sponges or makeup brushes, depending on how much coverage you want. Allow enough time to dry before adding Cream Blush to your cheeks.
