I have troubles downloading my files

Make sure you don't use the Etsy app for downloading! You can't download a digital purchase through the Etsy app at this time. To download a digital file, please sign in to Etsy on your mobile browser or computer.Sign in to Etsy.com and go to Your account. Go to Purchases and reviews. Next to the order, select Download Files. This goes to the Downloads page for all the files attached to your order. You can also go back to the item’s listing page, where you should see an “Instant Download" message on the images for the item.

Where can I find the alphabet for my Birth sampler or wedding sampler

There is a full alphabet and numbers included with your purchase. You can find it at the last pages of the file with the framed preview on the first page.
