DIY Ram Skull welded sculpture patterns/templates - DXF and PDF

This is a digital download containing a PDF with templates and DXF files for CNC cutting to create and weld your own metal Ram Skull sculpture.

1:1 scale = W: 18"(455mm) L: 14"(355mm) H: 9"(230mm)

Recomended material thickness - mild steel 1.5mm, Stainless steel 1.2mm, will hold its shape if made from card.

If you print the patterns to 1:1 scale on A4, you will need to splice the papers together simply by using tape or glue and then cut out the template to then use to cut out the steel parts. On Adobe PDF viewer there is a print option called 'Poster' which is good to use for this purpose.

DXF files are complete with the download on two seperate files, A-L will need two coppies to create both halves of the design, M-O will only need one of to create the central parts. You or the company you're using will need to extract the parts and seperate them for 'nesting' for use on a CNC profile cutting machine if you choose to do so.
