This large, indoor and outdoor Mezuzah was made in the shape and feel inspired by the vases found at Qumran. Those large clay vessels held in the Judea desert for the 2000 years the Dead-sea Scrolls. The Mezuzah case has a natural terracotta color and it is not glazed outside. The inside is glazed to protect the scroll.
It is a kind of art that genuinely suits the function of carrying the scroll.
The 15 cm mark the size of the scroll that fits in. The ceramic case is a little larger.

The scroll is strictly kosher (Mehudar). It was bought from Rabbi Eliahu Mali who inspected and supervised it. The scribe is a Matitiahu Albert, a certified scribe (Sofer St"am). You can see in the pictures his fine hand writing work.
Both the ceramic case and the scroll are made in Israel.

It is possible to have the Mezuzah case in other natural colors of clay. Also, you can choose to have the "Shin" letter with or without golden leaf.
The back of the ceramic is flat. On it there is double sided heavy duty adhesive for attaching it to the door post.

Scroll: 5.9'' x 5.9'' (15 x 15 cm)
Ceramic case: length: 6.9'' width: 1.6'' height of the surface: 1.4'' (17 x 4 x 3.5 cm).
