I do not give refunds for your order not being the exact color you see on your screen. As noted: Every computer monitor can vary in terms of brightness, contrast and even colors. This is why it is impossible that your product will match exactly what you see on screen. More than likely your product will be slightly less bright than what you see on your screen. The images that you see on your screen are not actual photos (unless you see them on a person). They are computer generated images, therefore your product will not be as bright. In general reds tend to be less bright than what you see on the screen.

PRESS MARKS ON T-SHIRT PRODUCTS:
Production process often involves a professional grade heat press and pre treatment which can leave a mark or line where the shirt has been pressed. This is more so on the Black shirts. This is a completely normal result of the professional process and I do not replace or exchange items due to this. This will come out by turning the shirt inside out and hand wash in cold water and hang to dry.
