I have very few problems posting to any country in the world - except, for some reason, Canada and Australia.

Both these countries, in my anecdotal experience, can take up to an extra week to deliver. How knows why?!

I usually aim to post items the next day.

This is possible in the vast majority of cases, as I have items ready to post ahead of time.

Otherwise, I aim to post your item within 3-5 working days of receiving the order. If it will take longer, I will contact you personally to make sure you know about the estimated dispatch date.

If a custom item has been ordered, it often has to be ordered and made from scratch and can take up to 10 days to make.

I post all my orders with Royal Mail, and within the UK that means that there isn't any tracking.

I used to use Royal Mail Tracked services when there was a Post Office right opposite my house, but due to a toxic combination of greed and systematic underfunding, that has now closed and it's much harder to post tracked items.

TLDR: if you would like an item posted with tracking, please get in touch before purchasing and I can very likely make it happen!

Adding gift wrapping to an order is a lovely way of personalising a gift, but I wanted to offer a way of adding a gift box but without creating any waste. The gift box, cards, tape, wrapping paper and postage box are all good quality paper or cardboard and are therefore all recyclable.

The box is made of kraft cardboard, with a gentle texture, and the wrapping paper is also kraft but a lovely deep green.
