The ball is supplied in a transparent or cardboard box, closed with matching ribbons.

This ball measures 14 cm, you can find different sizes in the variants.
ORNAMENT MEASURES:
8 cm = 3.15 inches / 10cm = 3.93 inches / 12cm = 4.72 inches / 14cm = 5.51 inches

The sphere is made of glass, completely hand painted by me, ribbons are attached to the top.
Each ornament is individually packaged in a clear or cardboard box.

All the items in my shop are hand painted by me using quality materials, the care and dedication for my items distinguish my creations.

Shipping times vary depending on the country I need to ship to.
For example, with standard shipping in the United States the times will vary from ten days to twenty working days, the delays will not depend on me.
In any case, my shipments are tracked.
For large orders I will use the courier.
If you are in a hurry you can choose the shipping upgrade and I will use the courier.
In the periods approaching Christmas it is recommended to place the order LARGO ADVANCE to be sure to receive it on time.
I am not responsible for delays due to postal services.

If you want faster shipping, select the upgrade during the purchase and I will use the courier (abroad).
For Italy I always use the courier, with the upgrade I choose the fastest way.
If at the time of purchase you have not selected the upgrade but would like to receive the item with the fastest courier, send a message and I will prepare an advertisement for you to purchase with the additional price.

Although fortunately this almost never happens, if you experience a big delay in the delivery of your package, you can contact me and I will inquire at my post office.
If the package does not arrive after one month, I will open a letter of complaint at the post office.
More time is then needed to carry out the accurate search on their part.
After another two months, if the package does not arrive, I will be able to refund the cost of the item or send you another item equal to the one purchased or get you a voucher of the same value.

In Italy I ship by courier, Crono package of the Italian Post Office.
For the United States and the rest of the world I ship by international registered mail or packet tracked, if you want a faster way, you can select the UPGRADE option and I will use the courier.
For heavier packages with large quantities I will use the courier.
