Calling all bookworms: we have the perfect bookmark for you! They are made out of solid, natural hardwoods like walnut, cherry, oak, maple, padauk (naturally orange wood from Africa) and purpleheart (naturally purple wood from South America). Each one is unique–there are no two exactly alike. The one you will receive is chosen from the variety of designs. If you prefer, you can message us to see our current stock to choose from. They make great gifts for any occasion. The included vinyl bookmark sleeve features a paper explaining our handmade process and wood types used. They measure about: 6" long x 1-1/4" wide x 1/16" thick.

Shipping Policy
➠ Our processing time is 2-4 business days, but it also depends on our stock. If you want to double check to see when your order will ship, feel free to contact us with any questions (319) 656-3990, Mon-Sat, 9a-5p CST or info [!at] jkcreativewood.com.
➠ We ship using mostly USPS Ground Advantage (2-5 business days). Depending on weight + size, we may ship using UPS Ground. If you need your order sooner, you can upgrade to Priority Mail (2-3 business days) at checkout. This will also bump your order to the top of our list to pack and ship.
➠ It is the sole responsibility of the buyer to provide a safe and deliverable address on the order. If a package is returned to us, the sender, due to the failure to provide a deliverable address or a wrong address on the order, second time shipping will be charged to the customer. Unfortunately, we cannot reimburse, refund or replace anything stolen.
➠ If your package seems to be late or lost in the USPS system, contact your local Post Office by calling their direct line* and visiting your local office to seek further assistance there. We are happy to help in the case of lost mail as well by filing a missing mail claim. REFUNDS + EXCHANGES:
➠ If there is any flaw in our product–shipping damage, damage at all–contact us. We will do our best to assess the damage and either refund or replace the item.
➠ If an item is unwanted or not needed anymore, we have a 25% restocking fee. In this case, cost of shipping the item back to us, will not be reimbursed. Once the returned item is received, we will proceed with reimbursement. If any damage is caused to the product in return shipment due to failure of packing, partial or no refund will be given.
➠ Because handmade pottery is more fragile and prone to breaking in return shipping, we cannot accept returns for any pottery.
