I am unable to take custom orders at the moment

My item has not arrived. Can I get a refund?

Refunds are only given if the buyer has upgraded to the tracked and signed shipping service and the shipping company accepts the item is lost. Default shipping is Standard International for overseas and Free 2nd Class for domestic customers. These DO NOT include tracking. If the customer chooses not to upgrade to tracked shipping it is at their own risk and I am not responsible for lost or delayed items. I am not responsible for items delayed by customs or errors made by shipping companies. I do not refund items if the wrong address is supplied. I am not responsible for lost items sent to communal postal addresses.
