5 oz - mini/sampler 30 hour burn time - good for sampling or gifting. Small space/area such as a bathroom/office. 8-9 oz - which is our standard size and has burn times of 50-60+ hours. Good sized candle for a small to medium sized space/area bedroom. 16 oz - Burn times that may vary from 80-100+ hours. Great for a large room, kitchen or bedroom area. 15 oz double wick - 70-80+ hours. Great for a medium to large space. 22 oz 2 wick - large open space/floor plan/area. Scents and their strengths are personal and subjective, I ask everyone to keep that in mind when ordering any candles and be sure to always follow our candle care instructions. We are constantly testing vigorously every scent that we have to offer in our shop, but there are some things you need to do so your candle has the best quality! Trimming your wicks is vital to the life of your candle. Each burn please trim the tops of wicks 1/4 in down. Make sure you buy the appropriate sized candle for the area/space you are wanting to burn candles in. Also be sure to follow our candle care instructions. Check scent strengths and suggestions. As always, never leave burning candles unattended and burn them responsibly. Please recycle/renew your jars as you’d like. Any questions please message the shop. Thank You!

Yes we accept cancellations as long as they are made within a 6 hour time frame after purchasing.

Poto And Berr Co. is currently only shipping within the US. This may change at a later time. We ship priority mail, usps ground and first class. Additional delivery upgrades/methods offered upon request/contacting the shop.

We are not accepting any returns or exchanges at this time. We do not and will not refund | replace candles for custom orders. All sales are final. Scents and their strengths are subjective and a personal preference that we will not refund for a scent not liked.

We package every item as snug as a bug, safely and securely as we all know shipping is harsh. If this does happen, please contact us right away upon receiving the product within 24 hours and you must provide us a photo of the damaged product as well as the packaging so we can properly handle the situation and to file a claim as we are not responsible for shipping carriers. You will then be given a shop credit and/or replacement. We will not issue any direct refunds.

Lost/Stolen Packages/Undelivered Packages

Poto And Berr Co. is not responsible for items left in mailboxes, on porches etc, that may have been stolen. Please check with neighbors, others at home and your local post office and/or follow up with your local authorities if you think your package may have been stolen. Your post office can do a GPS track on your package in most cases. Poto And Berr Co. is not responsible for orders that have been marked delivered by USPS. Orders that have been marked delivered by USPS ( if it says delivered and is not ) please contact your local USPS. Again, they will do a GPS track to see where the package(s) were left.

Please Note : Natural Soy is milky white + creamy in color + slightly frost or slightly change color over time. This in no way affects your candle. This is normal with soy wax. Soy wax is also soft to the touch. Wax doesn’t get to hot.

{ Natural Cotton Wicks } little to no soot with the proper candle care of trimming wicks to 1/4 each burn.

{ How to care for our candles }

Trim wick 1/4 inch per burn { we trim them the first time for you } or you may pinch off the used black excess part of the wick. This can be done with a wick trimmer { we carry them } paper towel or nail clipper.

First burn is so important! Allow candles to burn long enough to create an entire pool of wax at the top. This is to prevent tunneling which is not good for your candle.

Your scent comes from the wick and pool of wax so be sure you allow your candle to burn for an hour to two hours at a time and no more than 4 hours.

Easy to clean. Simple use of hot water and dish soap and our jars wipe clean to reuse, recycle and/or repurpose.

Dishwasher safe.
