One of the prong was bent when I got my ring. I talked to seller about this issue and she gave me repair service. I hoped much for return and refund, but seller preferred to give me repair services as you can see other reviews. I finally got the repaired one, but it was long time to repair due to the holiday and bit late reply of seller.

Hi, I am sorry about that. But I did my best to repair the ring and send it asap. I did not want to rush on the repair as I wanted things to be perfect. I received the ring during Christmas time because of which we were on holiday until Jan first week.
