Are your fixtures dimmable and what light bulbs are they compatible with?

Yes when used with a dimmable bulb and compatible dimmer switch. As an alternative, use a smart light bulb that you can control thru your smart phone. Great for use with our plug-in lighting products. Our fixtures are compatible with all E26 medium base bulbs including Edison, LED, CFL and smart bulbs. Check the SPECIFICATIONS on the product page for details.

What does Shade Ready mean?

"Shade-ready" refers to lamps that utilize a specific fitting system for holding a lamp shade. The 2 common systems we use are explained below. SOCKET SHADE RING: For shades with a 1-5/8in (40-43mm) diameter opening on top that slips onto a fixture's threaded socket. The shade ring is used to secure the shade in place from underneath. 3-PIN SHADE FITTER: For shades with a lip top that slips into the fixture’s shade holder and is held in place with 3 fitter screws. Shades in our shop using this system has a 2-1/4″ (57mm) diameter opening. To use a shade with a lip top on a fixture with a threaded socket and shade ring, a 3-pin shade adaptor can be used.

Will this fixture work in my country's voltage?

Yes, our fixtures are 110-240V compatible so they work in most countries.

Is there way to connect your pendant light fixtures to a track light system?

Yes, you can install any of our pendant light fixtures to a track with a “pendant track adaptor.” Make sure the adaptor is compatible with the track light system. "H Track" is a common one.
