What are different types of orders?

Digital File: These are NOT EDITABLE FILES. Once you share the details I will design the invite for you within 24 hours of your purchase and email you the files. Once you download them, you will be able to print them yourself. Prints = Printed Cards: Once you share the details I will design the cards for you within 24 hours of your purchase and send you the proofs. Once the proofs are approved I will print the cards and ship them to you.

The refunds are only accepted before the digital files or proofs are sent. Once the files are emailed / sent on Etsy or cards are shipped NO refunds will be given. For printed cards, when submitting initially and receiving your proofs please make sure it's exactly the way you want it to be printed. **The proof you approve for print will be the version that is printed. Printed items with mistakes are not available for return, regardless of where the error originated.** Re-prints will be available to you at a reduced cost.

What do I do if I need printed cards as well as need digital file so I can email/text to friends and family?

We recommend purchasing the number of printed cards along with the digital file since printed cards don't come with the digital file.

The final digital file was delivered to me but I need to change something? Will I be charged extra?

Your original purchase allows for 2 rounds of FREE revisions on your design within 3 days after the file is sent. After that, we request to purchase Additional Revisions. *** Major design changes may require you to pay extra.

Can I get a Copyright Release Form?

I DO NOT SELL or CLAIM ownership over the characters clip art or graphics, they belong to their respective copyright holders. It is very important to note that copyright restrictions on the Characters only permit graphics to be used for one time personal use such as birthday parties. Not all photo labs are aware of this policy and if you have issues with a photo lab refusing to print for you, please try another local photo lab or print at home yourself. You are responsible for the printing of your invitation. I do not provide a copyright release, so make sure the company that you use for printing doesn't need one. NO REFUNDS will be given for printing issues.

What are the Turnaround / Processing Times?

Digital Files: After your order is placed, your high-resolution file will be sent within 24/48 hours. You can request changes for up to 2 rounds of revisions for free. After that, it will be $4 additional fees. Printed Cards: After your order is placed, you will receive a proof within 2-3 business days. Once the proof is approved your cards will be shipped the in 4-5 business days (except weekends and US holidays) with Ground/First Class shipping. There is an option to expedite the order if earlier delivery is expected. IMPORTANT NOTE: The delivery estimate on Etsy is only an estimate. If proof approval takes longer or your details are provided late I won't be able to ship your order on time for it to get delivered on time.

What if my order is not received/delivered on time, lost or damaged?

Many times due to weather and other unexpected circumstances the shipping providers can take longer than usual. Once I ship the package, it's out of my hands to get control over it. All the shipping providers work independently from us. If your package is delayed, I would recommend waiting a few more days and see if it shows up. If your package says delivered but it's not received, please ask your neighbors to see if it ended up there. Or wait for another day to see if it arrives. If your package is damaged, please send me a message. I will be happy to assist you. If your package seems to have been lost in transit, please message me. I will be happy to assist you.

Just a heads up about color!

We all love a cohesive stationery suite, but please keep in mind that different printing presses and paper types can make colors print a little differently. Because of this, matching items might not be an exact 100% color match to your invitations, even if the same design file is provided. Because these printing variations are out of my hands, I am unable to offer refunds or take responsibility for color differences. Thank you so much for understanding and supporting my shop!
