How do I send you the details for customization?

Please include all information in the personalization box before adding the item to your cart. Be sure to double-check all info and spelling as we do not send proofs before production and shipping.

Can I change the colors or font styles?

Yes! Please just shoot us a message before you order and we can discuss your changes and send you a custom link to order from.

US ORDERS: All US orders are shipped USPS First Class (5-7 business days), unless buyer purchases a shipping upgrade at checkout. We now offer expedited USPS and Fedex upgrades!

Can I specify the exact time on a Star Map?

Yes!! We can get the Star Map customized to show your event down to the exact minute. We use 11 PM as the default time, but if you include the time your Star Map can be that much more accurate!

What is your turnaround time?
