The little anatomical heart locket incorporates my original hand carved human heart with a keepsake locket.
The locket is 1 1/4 inches long and 3/4 of an inch wide. 2 1/2 cm long and 2 cm wide.
It comes on a matching 2.5mm chain with lobster clap.

The photo size is 20mmx14mm. People have been posting pics of the ones they have done and they look nice. You print your pictures of photo paper and trim. More crafty people get some clear resin from the craft supply store and waterproof them.


The heart was carved by hand here in NYC and cast in solid metal. It features an anatomically correct frontal view of :
1. Right Coronary
2. Left Anterior Descending
3. Left Circumflex
4. Superior Vena Cava
5. Inferior Vena Cava
6. Aorta
7. Pulmonary Artery
8. Pulmonary Vein

This isn't arcane medical knowledge you can google an anatomical heart image and check it out yourself. It's pretty cool really.

I cast the metal heart and hard solder it to the locket. The locket is then thickly plated in antique silver.
If you like you can open the jump ring and put the locket on another chain with other pieces. The locket does have an undercut ridge on the inside so you can slide little pictures or a keepsake inside.
