What is a Digital File?

A "Printable" or "Digital File is a file that is sent to your email address. You can then print it locally and insert into your frame. NO PHYSICAL PRINT will be shipped to you. SAVES MONEY … No shipping costs SAVES TIME … most of my personalized digital files are sent to your email address within 12-24 hours after ordering. Many local photo labs offer same day printing. GREAT LAST MINUTE GIFT... if you need something unique and don't have a lot of time left!

How do I let you know the personalization information for my order?

1. When ordering, you will fill in the customization boxes on the right side of the page. This is where you will give me the details for the order. 2. Then, simply click on "Add to Cart" to checkout. There is an additional box on the checkout page if you need to let me know any other details for your order. 3. If your order requires you to send me a photo to use, you can attach that to an Etsy message or email it to: konabdesigns@gmail.com

How do I print my personalized digital file?

Your personalized digital file will be emailed to you in a JPG format. You will first need to download the JPG file to your computer or device. Printing Options: (I recommend a matte or luster finish rather than glossy) 1. Home printer: If using your home photo printer select the best quality settings & use photographic paper or card stock. 2. Professional Photo Lab: You can get it printed using a LOCAL photo lab or office store. Most large labs will let you order online and pick up the same day in the store. Just upload the image from your device. 3. Online print shop: You can select to have it printed by an online photo printing company and have it shipped to your door. - Digital 16" x 20" - room for approx. 60-80 signatures
