All our jewellery are made from zamak alloy and brass. Zamak is a hypoallergenic alloy of zinc, aluminum, magnesium and copper. It is covered with a 925 sterling silver ( 7 μm ) or 14 k gold coat with an antique, matte finish. Our all products are hypoallergenic and lead, nickel, cadmium free. To keep jewellery shiny and like new, certain precautions are necessary. When not worn, we recommend storing them in an air tight container or better in zip lock bags, protected from air and direct light. Apply all beauty products, such as perfume, hairspray or deodorant, before putting on your jewellery. Jewellery should be removed prior to swimming or doing household chores, which involve the use of abrasive cleaners or chemicals.

How long does shipping take?

ALL INTERNATIONAL ORDERS are sent via ROMANIAN POST ( International Priority Small Package ) or DHL Express . This usually takes around 5-10 working days for Europe, 10 - 20 working days for rest of the world . This shipping method will provide you a complete tracking number. Also, If you wish to upgrade your shipping method feel free to choose DHL EXPRESS delivery. We highly recommend the DHL EXPRESS shipping option for a fast and safe delivery. For DHL EXPRESS shipping we will need your phone number.

Germany's Packaging Act "VerpackG" imposes requirements on online retailers selling to buyers in Germany. The Packaging Act promotes recycling and reuse of packaging materials (e.g. cardboard boxes, tape, and bubble wrap). My company AS JEWELRY DESIGN SRL is registered at the Packaging Register of the Stiftung Zentrale Stelle Verpackungsregister (Foundation Central Agency Packaging Register – ZSVR) with registration number DE3884873691320. My Dual System Licensing partner for the collection, sorting & recycling of the packaging is ACTIVATE by RECLAY. As consumer please ensure that all received packaging is separated, reused and/or disposed of in the right recycling containers, at home or locally.

If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, we will gladly accept returns or exchanges in a period of 14 calendar days from the day of shipping for domestic orders and 25 days from the day for international orders. If you want to return any item, please contact us before posting it. Buyers are responsible for the shipping costs of the returned item. The items must be in their original condition. For hygiene reasons we do not accept returns on earrings unless they are defective.

1. If the reason for the return is due to an error on our part, we will gladly accept the return and fully refund the total cost, including both the item price and shipping cost. 2. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, we will gladly accept returns. The customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. In such cases, we will refund the total cost of your order. 3. If you provided an incomplete or incorrect address and we will receive the order back to us we will only refund you the price of the item. We will not refund the shipping cost. 4. For the unclaimed or refused parcels that are returned to us we will only the refund the price of the items. Will will not refund the shipping cost.

LOST or UNDELIVERED ORDERS

Your order will be shipped to your ETSY address. Please make sure to check that your address is correct before placing an order. If you provided an incomplete or incorrect address, please understand that we cannot be held responsible for delays or losses resulting from it, and we cannot make any corrections once the package has shipped. PLEASE NOTE : in the case of tracking showing package as "Delivered", we cannot cover refund or replacement, as tracking number serves as proof of delivery and we cannot investigate or be held responsible for after-delivery theft.
