What is the size & will it fit?

We all know tag sizes lie! Preowned garments could of shrunk or different countries have different variation on sizes then in the US. Vintage clothing sizes run smaller than modern day garments. So I measure every garment laying flat & across. Main areas are of bust, waist, hips, inseam, shoulders, sleeves. Take a piece that fits you well & measure as I did. Then compare. PLEASE REVIEW the ACTUAL MEASUREMENTS of the items provided on each listing. Measurements taken "across" should be doubled. Is it clean & does it smell? Does it have holes or stains?

I wash every clothing item excluding Dry Clean, fur items, hats, on a delicate/hand wash cycle. I don't use fabric softner or bleach. I use a natural store bought detergent. I do not machine dry. I hang garments on a clothes line outside to dry. I do not pretreat stains. Clothing sometimes carry a odor from where it was stored in the past. Closet or cedar chest. Everyone's home carries their own smells. In time these smells will dissipate. Some I just can't control. I store laundered items in plastic tubs. Some items have stains that remain after I wash them. To be expected when buying vintage. Yes some have holes & stains but they shared a life. Things should be used and they need a second chance at a new life as well. Their Vintage items

Do you accept returns?

I will only accept returns if I made a reasonable listing error. There is a 7 day return policy. Return shipping paid by Buyer. Original shipping not refunded. A $5 restocking fee will be charged. I will not accept clothing returns for an improper fit or the color is not what was expected. I provide measurements of each garment to prevent confusion of size. Returns are not made for improper sizes because of customer error. Ex: Shoes,Hats. Items purchased & worn will not be accepted. All lingerie or jewelry cannot be returned for sanitary reasons. Photos are provided of all items and include any damages.

Do you accept offers?

I have on occasion depending on a circumstance. My prices are considered reasonable & FIRM. Please note Etsy charges us fee's that need to be factored in when setting a price. We also take a lot of time preparing a item to sell.

Is that the real color?

Color shows different on every device. I do my best to explain the color & fabric in natural light. I will not except returns due to the color wasn't right.

Are you sure it's from 1950?

I try my best to research the decade the garment or item is from. Sometimes I get a garment or item and I have no clue! The more I handle items & with my mom's help I figure it out. I'm not always right and accept nice, friendly corrections!! I estimate the dates according to my Great aunts info. Fabric is tricky sometimes. I try to research it the best I can.

Can I get a refund or replacement from a item damaged in shipping?

Once I pack everything safely and secure, your item is in the hands of USPS. Items damaged in shipping to you cannot be replaced. Items shipped Priority mail if chosen by you include insurance from USPS. My shop is not responsible for refunding in the event USPS damages or loses an item. Please ensure your address is correct to prevent issues out of my control. You can however file a claim with Etsy ( Purchase Protection Program)to be refunded for items under $250.00 or the USPS. It is your responsibility to do so.

To reduce our carbon footprint, I use recycled boxes with bubblewrap and or pillows. To ensure a safe journey I line the box with pillows and then I wrap layers of bubblewrap around the item. Peanuts added when needed. I try to save our environment in any way possible.

Vintage item & may have conditions. Please read description before purchase. A fabulous Monet set. The choker can be adjusted by pulling the tassels thru the barrel in center. Maybe a little longer, maybe a little shorter! All three pieces are stamped Monet. Each tassel on the necklace has a 3/4" pointy flat end. When the necklace is layed out flat fully pulled, it measures 17" including fold over clasp. The center barrel the tassel's pull thru is 1/2" wide. One example of the tassels dangling is 8.5".
The earrings are clip with sturdy paddles. Both have six tassels that dangle 1 1/4". The barrel is 1/2" x 1/2".
