The pineapple has been a universal symbol of hospitality and welcome for many centuries all over the world. I've seen and used several pineapple stitch patterns and I love this double pineapple!

This hand made doily can easily become an heirloom and will last for generations :)

I have been crocheting for over 35 years and enjoy it with a passion!

Care Instructions: Hand wash only when needed, starch if desired, pat and place into shape and lay flat to dry. This doily was soaked in the starch and water mixture and then patted flat atop a piece of Styrofoam and pinned and shaped into place and allowed to completely dry.

Keep in mind color may vary slightly than how appears on computer screen
It's a beautiful shade of pink; On South Maid's Crochet Thread Label the color is DUSTY ROSE.

Because I will have to fold the doily you might want to mist any creases that may form while in shipment and carefully pat it flat again only in those areas. Or you may prefer to allow the starched doily to eventually relax on its own with time.
