My tracking number says it was delivered but I never received it.

Please note that the USPS is responsible for the shipment of your package and any issues that arise during the process. Please also note that there is little I can do on my end, but am happy to assist where I can. Here are some steps to take before a claim can be filed with the USPS 1) Check with your local post office and/or carrier to see where your package was delivered. Sometimes it was delivered to a neighbors house by mistake. Sometimes it will not actually show up for another couple of days. 2) If you live in an apartment building with a mail room/ boxes. Please check with management to see if your package was misplaced. Once you have taken these steps, you can file a claim with your local post office.

Package Returned to Sender / Wrong Address

Please make sure to review the shipping address before placing your order. If you notice the address is incorrect please reach out to us immediately. If package is Returned to Sender because of insufficient or incorrect address, and customer requests a refund rather than reshipping, customer will be refunded the item price minus the cost of shipping. Note that if the shipping was FREE, we will deduct the actual cost of the shipping label.

When will my order arrive? Is the estimated date accurate?

Please note that the estimated shipping arrival time provided is often not accurate. If your delivery is time sensitive, please be mindful of the potential delays when selecting your shipping method. We suggest placing any time sensitive orders 4 weeks for prior to the holiday (6-8 weeks for International orders). If you have specific timeline needs, please reach out before ordering.
