1. Tracking Information: All physical goods are shipped with a tracking number. We provide the tracking number close to the delivery date to ensure accurate and timely tracking updates.
2. Address Accuracy: We cannot be responsible for incorrect addresses provided to us. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all shipping details are accurate.
3. Proof of Delivery: A transactions is fulfilled when the shipment tracking indicates ‘Delivered’ at the correct address. In cases where delivery attempts fail due to an incorrect address, the tracking will reflect 'Attempt to Deliver'.
4. Order Cancellations: We do not allow cancellations once an order is placed.
5. Customer Support: We are here to help and will reply within 24h

Everything is made to order and we can't deliver anything in less than 1 week from your order date.

All designs are unique and hand created by me. I then work with my production partners that hand produce from scratch according to my specifications. Therefore each item has its own timeline which is indicated in each listing.

- Processing & production time: 2-5 business days
- Custom design: 1 - 3 days
- Shipment from our USA ateliers: 5 business days
- Shipment from our Hong Kong atelier: 5-10 business days.

Therefore the total time can be up to 4-5 weeks for certain items.

Most of our items have a processing and production time of 8-15 business days.

If an error occurs on our part, such as delivering the wrong item, color, or size, or if the item arrives damaged, we are committed to making it right.

Step 1: Provide Visual Proof
- Please send us clear photos of the incorrect or damaged item. We require visual proof to understand the discrepancy. Note that there may be a slight difference in color between your computer screen and the printed item due to differences in screen brightness and color settings.

Step 2: Reship or refund
- We will ship the correct product as originally ordered at no additional cost to you.
- If sending a replacement is not feasible, we will provide a full refund.

Please make sure the address provided is correct. We ship to the address provided and cannot change it once it is shipped.

We ship with a tracking number and commit to ship by the date that is listed on the item and in your order confirmation. We are not responsible for delays that happen during shipping.

Sometimes for international shipping from the US, the tracking information no longer shows details when it is handed over to the local foreign country post service. It might say 'in transit' without any updates.
This is normal but in the case where the article did not get delivered we only consider it lost if it's not delivered within 45 business days from ordering.

Rest assured that we will do a reship or a refund in that case.

We ship the exact order that you ordered. Please consult the size chart for each item and do not compare to other brands. Each of our items have a specific fit, cut and length and they all determine the size.
If there are no mistakes made on our end, we cannot refund the item.

1. We accept size exchanges for non-personalized items. If you need a different size, you can return the original item within 30 days of receipt.

2. Exchange Process: To initiate a size exchange, you may either:
- Return First: Send back the original item. Upon receipt, we will send the replacement in your desired size.
- Reorder Immediately: Order the new size right away. We will refund the original item once it has been returned to us.
3. Personalized items are not eligible for size exchanges due to their bespoke nature.

We accept returns when we made a mistake in the execution of your order. For example when a red item was ordered and we shipped a different color. We then ask to submit a photo of the item so we can verify if indeed you received the wrong item. In that case, we normally send a replacement item upon return of the item.
We do not accept cancellations or returns when we executed the order according to your purchase. We hand make everything to order and don't keep any stock. We are an eco-friendly company and believe there is too much waste and overstock in the apparel industry.
We specifically crafted your order based on your purchase. We used our time and resources to make this and would not have hand made the item if you did not order.
