Each listing will state the length of the necklace. I choose the length based on how the necklace looks and the best length for children to fiddle with and chew.

Our teething necklaces, unless otherwise stated, are 28 inches long (72 cm).
Our children's necklaces, unless otherwise stated, are 17 inches long (44cm), which is suitable for ages 3-8.

I am happy to make your necklace a different length. Please leave your requirements in the comments section of checkout.

One of the best things about the materials I use is that they are very easy to care for. Simply wash necklaces in warm, soapy water and leave to air dry.

Please regularly inspect necklaces to ensure they are undamaged and safe for use with children.

All items come gift in a hand stamped, high quality fabric pouch, which is perfect for gifts. Children's necklaces come in a purple satin bag.

I would be happy to include a personalised gift message, handwritten on a postcard. Simply leave a comment at checkout with the exact wording you would like.

If the item is marked as a gift at checkout, no paper invoice will be included in the parcel.

Teething necklaces are intended for adults to wear and baby to chew. Children't necklaces are suitable for ages 3+ and should be worn only with the supervision of adults. Do not let children sleep in them.

WARNING - Our products are not toys. Do not leave young children unattended with necklaces as they contain small parts. Adult necklaces should not been worn by children due to risk of strangulation or choking. Please inspect before each use and wash before first use. Refrain from use if damaged and dispose of immediately.

Shipping within the UK is by Royal Mail, which should take 1-5 business days. European shipping is via Royal Mail Standard, which should take 3-9 working days. Shipping to the Rest of the World should take 3-12 working days.

Deliveries can occassionally take a little longer than expected. To keep costs low, postage does not have tracking. If you require something urgently or tracked, please get in touch.

Sometimes items are delayed by customs in your country. This unfortunately is outside of our control and we cannot accept responsibility for delays due to customs.

Please do not ship to a Freight Forwarder without getting in touch first.

I cannot accept responsibility for lost items when the wrong address is provided.
