What items are not valid for a return/exchange?

Unfortunately, hair accessories and outfits cannot be returned due to the personal and custom nature and of them. Additionally, and products that were personalized or made different from the listing (ex: a blanket using alternate colored minky back or a different size than the standard listing) cannot be returned.

My package hasn't arrived. What can I do?

If a package has been marked delivered by USPS and the buyer did not purchase additional insurance or signature confirmation, Little Lady Grace is not responsible to refund any payment, fees, shipping, or provide additional products to the buyer. Once a product leaves my shop, it is the responsibility of USPS and the buyer. Please confirm before purchasing that your address is correct. Signature confirmation is available for an additional $3, and insured shipping is available for an additional $3. Please see shop listings for details.

What if I need my products by a certain date? Will they arrive?

My standard shipping time is less than a week, unless otherwise indicated on an items listing. Often orders go out within just 2 days, but please contact me ahead of time to make sure your item will arrive on time. I can guarantee the date that a product will ship, but cannot control the speed of delivery. Upgrade from first class to priority shipping is available for $4.50 Please see the listing for additional details.

Please know that some products may contain small or hazardous parts. Children should always be supervised while using Little Lady Grace products to prevent injury. Once the product is in your hands, you are responsible for proper use and I am not liable for injury.

Residents in states regulating purchase tax on items will have tax automatically applied to their order.

This outfit is serged for a professional and durable finish. These are machine washable on cold and lay flat to dry. Do not use bleach on these products. Made from eco friendly fabrics are sourced from small US-based shops that use eco friendly manufacturing processes and plant-based dyes.

Please measure your child before ordering to get the best fit. Waist measurement is usually the bottom of the rib cage-belly button area; hip measurement is around the widest part of your child's bottom.

Remember to always monitor your child with this garment. It is not intended for use as sleepwear.
