→ Other method to download your files after purchasing them, is going into your Etsy account and then on the "Purchases and reviews" section. Select the receipt for this order and on the right side of the screen, you will see the "Download files" link. Just click on it and the files will be downloaded.
→ The files will be on a ZIP file that you will have to uncompress or extract. To do so, you require a program like 7-zip,Winzip or Winrar. If you don't have anything similar, you can google them and download them for free or their free versions.
→ To uncompress the files you need to right-click on the zip file and go to the "Extract" choice. Decide on the place you want the files to be saved and then just click on "OK". The files will be uncompressed on the place you choose.
