We work with a production partner who manufactures our products. Unfortunately, they do not offer gift wrap or custom gift messages

What if there is a mistake with my order?

If you're order arrives and something is wrong please contact us! If it was our error (meaning you entered the information correctly and we made a mistake) we will send you a replacement at no charge even if you approved the original proof! In the event that you entered some information wrong we will happily send you a replacement at a discounted price to cover the cost of labor, shipping and materials.

1. Select the options you would like (size, fabric, etc.) 2. Add the requested information in the "Add your personalization" box (some older browsers don't have the "Add you personalization box". If you can't find it you can add the information in the "Add a note to Thepillowgeek" box in your shopping cart) 3. Complete the checkout That's it!

Will I receive a proof?

We send artwork proofs prior to printing only if they are requested. If you require more than 2 proofs it will be a $5 charge for each additional proof. Please make sure to let us know that you need a proof in the personalization box or the notes to seller box at checkout. If you requested a proof please be sure to check your email and/or Etsy messages often. Be sure to give us a good email to contact you at if you don't check your Etsy messages regularly. Once the message/email with the proof is sent you will have 3 business days to respond. If we don't hear back within those 3 business days we will complete your pillow according to the proof.

Can you show me a custom design, mockup or proof before I purchase?

We do not produce designs, mockup or proofs before purchases.

An insert is the pillow form that fills the cover you are purchasing from the shop and what makes the pillow cover a complete, stuffed pillow. We offer Polyester pillow inserts.

What is the difference between "Cover Only" and "Cover & Insert?"

When ordering a pillow from our shop, you have the option to purchase the pillow cover by itself, or the pillow cover including a fully removable pillow insert. If you have a pillow insert at home or prefer to purchase your own insert elsewhere, choose the "Cover Only" option. If you don't want to worry about obtaining the pillow insert on your own, choose the "Include Insert" option!

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, you may cancel your order as long as long as your order has not started production. If we have started production on your order or it has been shipped we will not cancel your order.

Can I change the shipping address on my order?

Yes, you may change your shipping address on your order ONLY if it has not gone into production. We work with an offsite production partner who prints and sews our pillows. Once an item goes into production our production partner will not allow us to change the shipping address, so PLEASE make sure that the shipping address is correct when you place your order. If an order goes into production with the wrong shipping address it will be sent to the address on the order and then hopefully returned to our address. At that point the customer will need to pay the cost of shipping so that we can send it to the correct address. Thank you for understanding.

Are there any restrictions on what I can have printed on my pillow?

To ensure our products align with our brand standards, The Pillow Geek reserves the right to decline any custom text requests that include profanity, explicit language, or graphic descriptions. If a request falls outside of these guidelines, we will contact you to discuss an alternative or issue a full refund and cancel the order. We appreciate your help in keeping our shop's aesthetic clean and family-friendly!

Pillows are printed using a process called Dye Sublimation. This process uses non-toxic and environmentally safe inks. The print actually dyes the fibers of the fabric, leaving a permanent print that will not fade, crack or peel. It is also safe to wash! This is not an iron on transfer and the print has no “hand” or feel to it.

*The color of printing you receive may appear slightly different from what you see on the screen due to differences in monitor settings and printer output.
