Where does SLD ship to?

Due to restrictions, new policies, and world events, SLD only ships to a selected number of countries that include: • Canada • USA • Australia • United Kingdom If you are outside of these areas and wish to place an order, please contact us at shaunaLdesigns@gmail.com.

How long do deliveries take?

All orders are shipped through Canada Post. Most are shipped via regular Lettermail and do not come with tracking, unless otherwise stated. All times and dates given for delivery of the products are given in good faith, but are estimates only, and does not include order processing times, which can take anywhere from 1-4 business days. • Canada 2-8 Business Days • USA 6-18 Business Days • Australia & UK 8-30+ Business Days For EU and UK consumers: This does not affect your statutory rights. Unless specifically noted, estimated delivery times reflect the earliest available delivery, and deliveries will be made within 30 days after the day we accept your order.

My order hasn't arrived, what do I do?

As world events and weather can be unpredictable, we ask that if your order has not arrived by the estimated delivery date to then wait an additional 7 business days. This extra timeframe then allows for late packages to arrive. If, however, you have not received your order even after the additional 7 business days, then please contact me at shaunaLdesigns@gmail.com so either a replacement can be mailed out or a refund can be issued.

What if I want a refund?

In order to be eligible for a refund, you must contact me direct at shaunaLdesigns@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order. If the product is damaged by you in any way, or you have initiated the refund after 14 days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund. In order for the product to be eligible for a refund, one or more of the following conditions must be met: • Product must have the receipt or proof of purchase • Order never showed up • Wrong item was sent • Product was damaged during shipping (For decals, once installation is attempted the product is no longer eligible for a refund or replacement).

For which items do you offer returns, and under what circumstances?

Vinyl decals are non-returnable, as in, will not be accepted as a return under any circumstance due to the finicky nature of the product. All other products may be eligible for returns on a case-by-case basis. If a return is required then contact needs to be made within 48 hours of receiving the item. Please contact me direct at shaunaLdesigns@gmail.com. All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and will be confirmed and agreed upon at the time the request is made. If applicable, I will send you a shipping label once the return request has been approved.

Why does my order not match the colour I saw on my screen when ordering?

I have made significant efforts to accurately display the colours of the products that appear on my online shop. However, due to the way monitors and screens display colour, I cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour will be entirely accurate.

Custom and personalized orders

Absolutely! Just send me an e-mail at shaunaLdesigns@gmail.com describing what it is you are looking for and we will see what we are able to do. Similarly, if you are just looking for something slightly different than what is offered, like different colour or size, just send an e-mail to shaunaLdesigns@gmail.com and I will look into what is possible.

What exactly is the difference between a vinyl decal and a sticker?

If you are not sure which to choose, decal or sticker, just remember this simple rule: A sticker is generally printed and cut out as one solid piece. A decal on the other hand, is cut lettering and/or graphics that are all held together with a special "tape" and transferred onto a chosen medium.
