Do you accept cancellations and returns?

Due to the nature of digital products, returns are not accepted. Cancellations are accepted within 24 hours of purchase, provided that no files have been downloaded. How do I download the files?

A few minutes after completing your payment, you’ll receive an email with a download link. This message is sent automatically to the email address associated with your Etsy account. In the email, click on "View your files on Etsy" — this will take you directly to your purchased files. You can also access your files anytime by logging into Etsy, clicking on "You" > "Purchases", locating your order, and selecting "Download Files". Please note: Some files are too large for Etsy’s direct download system and are instead hosted on Dropbox. In these cases, your purchase will include a text or PDF file with a private link. Simply open the file and click the link provided — no account or sign-up required.

Do you have any printing tips?

When printing your stickers, please keep the following in mind to get the best results: Use Letter size (8.5 x 11 inches) or A4 white sticker paper — either matte or glossy, depending on your preference. Set your printer to print at 100% / actual size. Make sure scaling is turned off to ensure your stickers print at the correct dimensions. Choose the “borderless printing” option if your printer supports it, so that no part of the design gets cut off. For optimal quality, consider printing on a high print quality setting (such as “Best” or “Photo”). Keep in mind that colors may appear slightly different once printed.
