Returns and Exchanges Policy

If an item is returned for refund or exchange, it must be in new, unworn condition. If an item is returned for refund or exchange that has been worn or exposed to water damage, the refund will be adjusted to allow for loss in value. For a refund, upon receipt, the cost of the item will be refunded minus the original postage cost. For an exchange, a custom listing will be created for the difference in cost of item plus mailing cost back to the buyer. If an item is not returned in the gift box it was mailed in, a fee of $ .75 will be deducted from the refund. These boxes protect the necklace from the high speed sorting machines at the post office. This does not apply to leather necklaces that are flat.
