Custom orders cannot be returned due to their concrete specifications.

✈️ Items are shipped to the address on your Etsy Account. If you wish your item to be shipped to different address, please contact us.

✈️ Every item will be sent with a tracking number and as a priority mail. The customer will be able to see the exact location of the item at any time. We are not responsible if the item could not be tracked due to policies of other posts.

✈️ Delivery may be delayed due to reasons beyond our control - custom procedures, holidays or weather problems. In this case, we ask you to understand and be patient.

✈️ Items with tracking records that show unsuccessful delivery are considered as undelivered. The customer is required to call the courier in order to arrange delivery or to pick the item up.

💬 If you want to return or exchange an item, please inform us within 7 calendar days after receiving your item and mention the reason for the return.
You have the right to return or replace the ordered item within 14 calendar days after receiving the package.

💬 Return or replacement is possible if the item is returned in its original packaging, in good condition(the item should not be washed, ironed, dirty or torn), unused and with label.

💬 Replacement:
You can replace the purchased item for another item from the shop. Shipping costs are paid by the customer.

💬 Return:
We refund the amount paid for the item after receiving it. The shipping cost is not refundable. Shipping costs on both directions are paid by the customer.

⚫️ We offer full and part refund(only the amount of the item, shipping cost is not refundable).

⚫️ Full Refund:

- If the package is lost.
If your package is undelivered and you think that it may be lost, we advise you to check the mailbox for a note and ask at your post office. А shipment is considered lost after confirmation by the Bulgarian post offices and after a period of 45 business days.

⚫️ Part Refund:

- If you want to return the item due to various reasons.
We refund the amount paid for the item after receiving the package from you. The shipping cost is not refundable. Shipping costs are paid by the customer.

Please, keep in mind that colours of images may look slightly different because of the specifics of your monitor’s settings. We do everything possible to show the accurate colours of each item.
