Custom and personalized orders

As a vintage shop the items are often not available in multiples, check for number of each item available on the listing details page if I have multiples of a particular item which is sometimes mentioned within the listing details that there are multiple items available. I strive to detail everything I know about the items and take pictures to accurately represent, vintage items will naturally have some issues, if they are glaring I will note it otherwise they are as pictured.

The shipping costs are based on the actual cost to ship, insurance if needed plus cost for materials, boxes, padded envelopes, tape, printer supplies etc. If charges far exceed the actual cost I will refund difference. Some items are large and will have calculated shipping costs, these are the actual charges to your specific address.

Reserving items and offers

Due to the cost of doing business on this platform fees to sell here have taken away my ability to accept offers or provide discount codes. I price my items as low as acceptable to encourage purchase and still remain profitable. Combining shipping is the only way to offer a discount, Free Shipping is also something I don't offer, nothing is free and figuring "free" into the price is fundamentally dishonest in my opinion. I will reserve items for up to 3 days but no longer.

Why don't you accept refunds or exchanges?

Buyers are encouraged to ask all questions concerning items for sale or request additional pictures prior to purchase. I don't want you to waste time or money buying items you aren't happy with. All dimensions are included in the item description section, please read the whole listing and ask questions. If the item is damaged or is materially different than the item purchased, of course the buyer is entitled to a full refund shipping included. I understand buying online items which can't be held in your hand and fully examined is difficult so this is why you seek answers to any concerns about an item prior to buying. Refunds may be considered in some cases but the buyer will be responsible for return shipping and original sent condition

Wholesale availability

I price items competitively and at a fair price based on research and availability of the item on the market. I dont work hard finding, cleaning, researching, photographing and listing an item only to wholesale. If you feel you can sell my item for a higher price I'm happy for your business but most likely it will be at my asking price. Note that since my shop opening in 2013 the fees to sell on this platform have more than doubled, additionally I am required to pay fees to Google which further erodes profits.

This is a nice Sliding T-Bevel No. 25 in the common 8" size by Stanley Rule & Level Co of New Britain Conn, it has rosewood handles with brass fittings and locking lever. Has the 1920-1934 Sweetheart logo, These were produced up until 1984. It has been cleaned lightly and is in really nice condition with scratches to the blade
