Many of my maps are originals that were found in old books or travel brochures, etc. Any listings for reproduced maps will say that they are "prints" and/or mention being digitally scanned/reproduced in the item description.

I am not responsible for items delayed by the post office. I will deliver packages to the post office within 1-3 days of purchase (sooner if you pay for expedited shipping), but USPS delays due to bad weather/holiday rush/etc are out of my control and shipping will not be refunded.

Yes you can, however, when a buyer cancels an order after a design proof has been shared with them, a refund will be less a $5 design fee.

This covers the cost of the seller's time that was spent creating a design before the order was cancelled.

Cancellations made before a design has been provided will always be refunded 100%.

Yes! Unless the buyer requests otherwise, all custom and personalized order designs are shared with the buyer for final approval before creation of the item takes place.
