When will my purchase ship?

Each piece is handmade to order, with a production time of 1-3 or 3-6 business days before shipping. Processing times are noted in each listing, and your estimated delivery date is shown on your receipt- we'll ship sooner if we can! Have a deadline? Just let us know and we'll do our best to make it happen :)

How long does shipping take?

Shipping time is separate from processing time and begins after your piece is crafted ♥ US Orders: • Standard: 3-6 business days • Priority: 2-4 business days • Express: 1-2 business days Shipping upgrades available at checkout to speed delivery. International: Average 2-3 weeks, sometimes longer. Please remember: delivery times are estimates. Once your order leaves our hands, USPS will do their best to deliver it swiftly. If your order seems lost, please reach out within 60 days (U.S.) or 90 days (international) so we can help.

Returns and exchanges

We accept returns or exchanges on unworn, non-custom items. Please contact us within 14 days of delivery to start the process. Custom orders (including custom chain, metal, or cord) aren’t returnable. Returns must be approved and in original condition- no wear, odors, or damage- and postmarked within 30 days. Buyers cover return shipping unless we've made a mistake. Once we receive your item, we'll issue a refund for the item cost (minus original shipping) or begin your exchange. If you have any issues with your order, just reach out, we're here to help! ♥

International orders usually arrive in 2–3 weeks, but may take longer (up to 8 weeks) due to customs processing. Thanks so much for your patience! Please let us know within 90 days of shipment if your package seems lost. Buyers outside the U.S. are responsible for any VAT, customs, or import fees- please check your country's policies before ordering. We're not able to mark packages as gifts or lower their value- thanks for understanding. If a parcel is returned due to unpaid VAT, we'll refund the item cost (minus shipping).

We love custom work! Whether it's a small variation or a new design from scratch, we're happy to help bring your vision to life. Most earrings can be converted to gauges, hangers, or tunnel inserts—custom sizes and single flares available too. Custom items must be paid in full before we begin, and because they're made just for you, they aren't eligible for coupons or returns. Can I customize my crystal?

Absolutely, you deserve a stone that speaks to you! Many listings include lettered selection photos so you can choose your perfect piece ♥ If not, just leave a note with your preferences for color, size, or shape and we'll do our best to match your vibe. Want to choose your exact piece? We're happy to send a selection video for any paid order- just say the word!

Sensitive skin and allergies

All our standard chains and findings are lead-free and cadmium-free, though some contain copper or trace amounts of nickel, which may not suit sensitive skin. The good news? We have options: surgical grade stainless steel, sterling silver, cotton cord, and more. For stainless steel, just leave us a note at checkout. For anything else, just send us a message and we'll work together to customize your piece and keep you comfy ♥

To keep your jewelry looking magical, please keep it dry and treat it gently. If you need a water-resistant metal, stainless steel is available on request. Feathers: Most can be revived with a hair straightener on low heat (just skip the wide orange-tipped ones- they don't like heat). Gauges: Wipe clean with a damp cloth—please don’t rinse or soak. While we craft each piece with durability in mind, a little extra love will help your adornments stay beautiful. Our work is intentional and slow-crafted, often using rare and limited natural materials. Because of this, we don't offer standard wholesale pricing.
