Who Pays Shipping for Returns?

The buyer will pay shipping both ways for returns. I will gladly refund the buyer for the item when I receive it back in unused condition.

Who is responsible for damaged, lost or stolen items?

Once the package leaves our hands, the care of that package is in the hands of the USPS. We entrust that the USPS will deliver the items to the buyer in a timely manner and in good condition. You may follow the tracking number for information on delivery. Unfortunately, if the package is lost, stolen, or damaged during shipping, there is not much we can do. The responsibility for delivery is that of the USPS and any issues with them is between the buyer and USPS.

These Black Moonstone palm stones display a silky smooth surface with a velvety silver flash that moves across the stone when viewed in the light. Their color ranges from deep slate grey to lighter shades of grey, sometimes with subtle red undertones. Because these are natural gemstones, they will vary in size, shape, color, and flash. Black Moonstone is a gemstone from the feldspar group, specifically Orthoclase and Oligoclase. It is named for its unique optical effect known as adularescence, where light appears to glow from within the stone, resembling moonlight. These specimens were sourced from Madagascar.
