I accept exchanges ONLY and must be contacted within 3 days of delivery of your order. After 30 days no returns are considered for any reason. I only exchange unworn items, If you would like to exchange please message me the item and size you would like to exchange for. Customers are responsible for all shipping charges for the exchange. After this time frame we do not offer exchanges or returns. Please inspect pet wear for wear and tear pet safety is the owners responsibility. Face Masks are NONRETURNABLE due to personal hygiene health safety. Original items HAS to be returned before any exchange or refund of any kind is done. A 15% restocking fee applies to returns.

Do you refund original shipping and pay for shipping of exchange?

No shipping is nonrefundable and customers are responsible for all shipping associated with their exchange. A 15% restocking fee will be charged on all returns.

Sizing details and Care instructions

Each listing has a chart for sizing please reference that before ordering, Message me with any questions. The best way for sizing is to send me your pets measurements along with your order. Care for most items are machine wash on gentle with gentle dtergent and lay flat to dry. Or handwash and lay flat to dry.

Tracking says my item was delivered but I did not recieved it?

Any questions regarding shipping after I ship the item should be directed to your local post office. If tracking says delivered but you do not find your item I suggest you ask neighbors if it was delivered to them and then follow up with your local Post Office as to where it was left. I am not resonsible for packages that may have been stolen. Once it has left my hands I have no control over it.

No returns or exchanges on Custom Orders Sizes XLarge and XXLarge are considered custom orders but those are only custom made as orders there fore no returns on those sizes. Will my item look exactly as pictured?

Item may differ slightly from the sample pictured. Monitor setting may make the colors vary than in person color. The placement of print on fabric may vary where it shows up on each item. Thread and snap colors can vary also. If you want an exact choice of options like thread color a collar is stitched in or a snap color on a keychain please leave it in note to seller at checkout. No keeping up with leashes or what they are doing, they are right there close and securely against you. This carrier is made with soft cotton has 2 nylon webbing straps that crisscross on your back and buckle at your side. Also with a tail hole for your pets comfort.
Straps are approximately half inch and 52" long and are adjustable.
Sizes available from XXS to Large we recommend for pets under 20 lbs because any heavier can put excess strain on your back. We can recommend a size based on your pets weight and measurements.

I wanted to order a pattern that the seller was sold out of, they were very kind and made it possible for me. My husband loves it and my dog does too! Fits him perfectly, the seller also helped me with what size to buy based of my dogs measurements. There’s only a slight issue with the straps. They are a little thin and dig into my husband a little. But they don’t bother me personally. And they are also located in the front. We have to put them behind my dogs legs, which is a little awkward. But he’s uncomfortable if they are in front of his arms. But all in all, those are micro things for us, and we couldn’t be happier with this purchase. Definitely worth it! Would recommend to others!
