Incorrect Address/Returned Mail Please be sure that your shipping address is correct when placing your order. If your package is returned due to an incorrect address, you will have to pay the shipping fee to have it sent back out. If an item has been returned due to an incorrect/insufficient address and you no longer want the item, the order will be refunded for 50% of the cost of the item minus shipping costs. Orders that are lost due to an incorrect address will not be replaced or refunded.

Addresses cannot be changed after an order is placed. If you placed an order with an incorrect address, you must contact our shop and request an order cancellation.
