1. Contact us via Etsy messages and preferably send us the images of your Family Crest. We will reply to your message and advise you with the wooden stamp size, etc.
2. Place an order by selecting the wooden handle size (and optionally the ink pad) and enter the text in the personalization box beside
3. Make an order and payment.
4. Next, we prepare the stamp design and send you a preview to approve.
5. After accepting the design, we will prepare the stamp and make it ready to dispatch in 5-10 days.

- Stamp on a smooth and flat surface.
- Use non-glossy paper
- Make one imprint at a time
- The stamps are new and never used. Therefore the stamps need to soak the ink first. Prepare a spare sheet of paper and make a few stamp impressions first.
