Custom and personalised orders

We can do customer orders but it depends what you want to have. Shortening Pants or adjusting a Skirt from the width is an easy task and we are happy to adjust the garment for you. Just let us know your meassurements. If you like a special order or you like to reorder a sold out item just drop us a message and we check out what we can do for you. For this we ask you to be a little bit patient because we have to talk with our tailors if the material is available, production time etc. For Special Orders there can be an charge for customization. For Sold out orders the price will be the same as in the Etsy Shop :)

We are working constantly to update our Sizing Details. In Future there will be a sizing table in the pictures so you can easily find out what size you are. There is also a little sizing instruction in the description. In the meanwhile please message us if you are not sure about your sizing. For example you can meassure a similiar garment of yours which is fitting you perfectly and we compare it with your order. Like this we find together the perfect fitting.

You can wash all our items in the machine with 30 - 40 C Some of our items which have net materials or strings we recommend to put in a washing bag to protect the garment. Items with a lot of zippers we recommend to wash inside out to protect the other garments in the washing machine. Dry in Shade, the Sun is nowadays just too strong and even with the best dying direct sunlight is pretty rough on the material.

Gift wrapping and packaging

All our packages will be wrapped in beautiful grey silk paper as we want to avoid plastic as much as possible. We send the goods in Cartoons with paper tape and a beautiful sticker on the top. If you want to have a private note for your loved one just let us know :) Also in our production we get the garments deliverd in reusable packaging which saves us around 2000 plastic bags a year :)

Wholesale availability

For Wholesale please contact me directly. As we are a Fair Trade Label our Tailors get a good sellary because they are real Masters and they put much more effort inside.... so keep in mind that with our brand you get high quality garments which you have to sell for a higher price. Why? We do not like the idea of garments which you have to replace every year because they break. We have to change the Fashion Industry to be more responsible. As you are a part of it you as seller have to decide if you want to sell cheap or high quality. We are High Quality and Fair Trade :)

At the moment we live in difficult times and it is understandable that postal services are struggling. They are just humans like us so we really ask for your understanding and for your patients. We try to find solutions and if you want to have your parcel more quick there is the option that you book DHL Express Service. We try to give the cheapest price possible for this shippment. Returns and Exchange Service

As small label we can not cover the shippment costs if you want to Exchange or Return a garment. As customer service we will take the extra shipping costs to your place if you want a Exchange. For the costs of Returns we can offer you that you book a DHL Express Return Slip from our Account. We have heard that USPS was charging very high prices for parcels to Austria due to Covid and many times its cheaper that you book the Return Slip over us. For example from the US the costs of a Return Slip is 35 USD. There you only have to send this ammount to office@seres-clothing.com via PayPal. If you come from another country please contact us and we will give you the 1:1 rate DHL Express is giving us. They also pick the parcel up from your Home

Best Baggy comfy Cargo Pant you have ever worn!

TheMount Comfort Pant was inspired by a mountaineering pant. It is made of two materials. The main material is a soft, cool and light cotton twill material. The second material is a thicker cotton canvas material and it is stitched there where a trouser has to be strong to last for a long time. So it has both advantages. On one side its a cool sommer trouser and on the other side its very tough. All of the loops and bags have also a special stitch to make them even tougher. The trouser has also some special gimmicks like a secret pocket, buckle and a hanger.

The trouser has a boot cut but you can also tie it together with an elastic on the bottom which is very handy when you are working, climbing or if the ground is wet because then the trouser will always will stay dry ... and it looks very cool by the way ;)

Very cool is our new Stretch Belt System which was developed by us. Inside the waist band we put a wide elastic band which you can adjust according to your size. As it is elastic you can bend, move however you like and the trouser will always have a perfect fit and its always comfy because its stretch :) If you really want to have the trouser super comfy you can even buy the trouser in one size bigger because you can always adjust it with the elastic belt to your size.

Its the short Mount Comfort Pant for climbing, working and Festivals :) Comfortable, cool and strong

Underneath you see the sizes for the Mount Comfort Pant. If we should shorten it for you please let us know. Please keep in mind if you want to tie the trouser together on the bottom we have to leaf the trouser plus 5 cm longer as you usually need ... otherwise it does not look so nice ;)
