Our wood planter box are unique and differ from all others. Using an ancient Japanese technique called shou sugi ban we burn the planter box. Burnt wood is very low maintenance and naturally resistant to insects as well as moisture damage. Planter box features a charcoal center, great for plants. All planters are drilled for proper drainage and are hand-built. We use reclaimed cedar wood that is locally salvaged and weathered to imperfect perfection.
