Complimentary mounting tape will be added on to the flowers for easy set up, NOT for the any of the other parts of the panda. The rest of the items are so light that regular tape/double-sided tape works great for the panda face parts and vines.

You can select any 3 flower colors (Display Colors are Ballerina, Summer Blue and Misty Lilac) from our color chart you like, just note the choices in the "note to seller" box at the end of your purchase or send me a message after you order, otherwise you’ll receive the colors pictured.

Very very rarely! We package them with lots of thought and care regarding the shipping process. If a package is damaged we ask that you send us pictures of the packaging, etc, within 48 hours of delivery (so we can submit them to the shipping carrier for damage claims, that is the window that we are able to submit a claim) and then we send you a new one immediately.
