🧐What are instant download items (also known as printables)?

Printables are high resolution digital files that you can download right away and print yourself. They are a great and inexpensive way to decorate your home or work space. ✔ Fast - Want to decorate that wall today? Get your files immediately! ✔ Inexpensive - Local print shops such as Fedex Office, Staples, and Walmart can print your files for less than $2! ✔ Multiple Sizes - Our new printable files will allow you to print in over 20 sizes ✔ Ease of Use - All of our files are very easy to print. Our new listings also includes a simple printing guide

📥How can I download my files ?

After your payment has been cleared Etsy will send an email to you containing a link to download your file(s). Alternatively, you can click on your icon (upper right corner) then "Purchases and reviews". From there you may locate your transaction and download your files.

📃What kind of paper should I use ?

We would recommend using matte stock. However, this does not limit you from printing the designs on other types of paper such as gloss card stock, photo paper, etc.

🌈Are custom colors available ?

Feel free to send us a message telling us which design(s) you are interested in as well as your desired colors and we will see if it is possible. Kindly note that extra fees will be included for custom color changes.

✨What is faux gold/copper/silver foil ?

The faux gold/copper/silver foil used in our printables is created by simply using a digital image of real metallic foil. It just means that there is no reflective quality to the image. Faux foil is a wonderfully affordable way to get the look of real metallic foil using regular ink from a printer.

🤩I love this design ! Do you sell it printed (& can you ship it) ?

We might! Go have a look at our printed & ready to ship store called Prints Island : https://www.etsy.com/shop/printsisland/ and feel free to send us a message telling us which design(s) you are interested in if you don't find it there.

🚧Is commercial use permitted ?

All files sold by PrintHangLove are only for personal use. Any commercial use is strictly prohibited.
