Before affixing your sticker, make sure the surface is clean and dry. Once affixed, stickers are dishwasher safe and scratch resistant.

While this has never been an issue that customers have brought to our attention, we are not responsible to any damage to your items caused by the sticker, or any damage to the sticker during application.

We provide no warranties or guaranties as to the life of the stickers, but they are the most durable stickers on the market.

USPS typically delivers in 3 days, but on a few occasions, we have mailed stickers just an hour or so down the road, and they've taken 6 weeks. This is not something we can control.

Because the cost of packaging and tracking is more than what most items in this shop cost, we do not supply a tracking number as part of standard shipping, but we highly encourage you to upgrade to USPS WITH TRACKING.

We cannot guarantee ship times and are not responsible to delays by the United States Postal Service or because you ordered to a college post office, but if you have not received your item in one month from the day it was shipped, contact me about replacement or refund. We will NOT replace any item before one month from the ship date

The sticker itself is really cute. I accidentally put in the wrong address but messaged the seller immediately. She said she would update the address but it was still sent to the original one. While it was my error originally, they didn't follow through on the fix that was offered.
