Refunds and Exchanges

I'm sorry, I am not able to offer any refunds or exchanges on digital files due to the digital nature of them. Please don't hesitate to contact me if you have any problems and I will try my best to do what I can to fix the issue.

After emailing the files, I will keep your files for 30 days. Due to the computer memory capacity, I have to delete them. Please back-up your files to your computer, cloud storage or external storage (like Google Drive, Dropbox).

Orders that have gone 30 days with no respond will be marked as completed and files will be sent as-is without revisions. No refund will be given.

What is your turnaround time for logo creation?

After placing your order, please provide all needed information into the " Notes to seller" section or via Etsy messages. Once payment and ordering information is received. Your logo will be customized and send you a preview via Etsy messages within 16 business hours for approval. If further changes are requested, new proof will be sent within 16 business hours. After you approve the set, I will send you the final files to the e-mail address your provided within 16 business hours.

After you approve the set, I will send you the final files to the e-mail address your provided within 24 hours.
