It takes at least 7-14 business days for a package to arrive to Europe (to Italy and Spain it takes a little bit more), 10-21 business days to USA, 14-25 days to Latin America, the Caribbean and Asia. To Canada, Australia, New Zealand - 14-25 business days. International shipping is unpredictable and delays happen at the customs. For international orders, once the package has left the Bulgaria, it becomes a subject to your local post office.

Don't worry! When the package leaves Bulgaria and is on the way to your country, tracking system doesn't show its location. It doesn't mean that package got lost, it means package was not scanned in your country yet.

It should be a snug measurement but do not pull the tape too tight, or your hat will be too tight. Women are usually between 21½ " /56 cm - 23" /59.6 cm. Accurate measurements are required. When you place your order, we will send you the instructions for additional head measurements we need to make this hat.
