The size a photo can print to depends on two factors; the resolution (width X height) and the DPI (dots per inch) of the photo. All of our photos have the resolution in the listing and the minimum standard DPI for all of our photos is 240 DPI. The below website should help determine if the photo can print to the size you are looking for. Go to the site, put in the pixel density (240) in the top section and the listed resolution in the bottom section and the size in inches will be listed in the middle.

We don't have a specific recommendation on where to get photos printed and it will also depend on what size you are looking for. Most photo places (Walgreens, Walmart, Costco, etc) can do standard printing sizes with no issues and their quality is just fine. For larger prints like poster sizes or panoramics, specialty sites like Bay Photos, Shutterfly, Vista Prints may need to be used.
