Custom and personalized orders

For custom and personalized orders, place order as normal, and send image and custom request through Etsy's messenger! You will then be able to attach your image by clicking the camera or mountain icon beneath the text box!

If you live in the US and are wanting to frame your painting, the most common frame sizes are 5x7, 8x10, 11x14, and 16x20. If your pup has very tall ears, I would recommend 8x10, 5x7, or 6x8 over the square sizes. If you do not see a size that you want, please let me know. I am able to get most sizes of canvas. All paintings will have the sides painted so they will look very nice unframed as well.

What is the difference between the regular canvas and the 1.5" profile?

The regular canvas of most of my paintings will have a depth of 5/8 of an inch (a little over half an inch). Whereas the 1.5 inch profile will be an inch thicker! It's considered more of a 'gallery' canvas! Advantages of the 1.5 inch are that it can sit on a table by itself and it looks great unframed on the wall! Advantages of the 5/8 inch are that it can be framed and it doesn't stick out from the wall as far when hung! (It is also the more 'common' type of canvas!) Both are great options!

Returns and Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled with a partial refund after mock-up is sent. Returns and cancellations are not accepted after the painting is begun. If changes are requested after painting has been delivered, buyer is responsible for the shipping cost both ways.

🎨 What I'll Need to Start Painting:

- Clear, well-lit pictures are best! Recommend taking in daylight at eye-level. (No flash) Send pictures attached in Etsy message. See listing image for more examples of best practices when selecting a photo.
- I will try my best to work with most pictures. I understand some friends may no longer be with us.
- Please no copyrighted materials. You must have permission to use the images provided to me.
- If you're uncertain which picture to use, send me multiple! I will give my recommendations.
- If preferred background color is not in list of choices, please let me know! I can add it.

🎨 Shipping Info:

- Before shipping I will send a picture of finished ornament for approval. Small changes may be requested at this point in the process (like changing eye color and adding markings) Please remember to check for Etsy messages frequently!
- I ship using USPS First Class
- If you need your painting by a certain date, please let me know as soon as possible
