I had a special request on the color of the mane and Shawna worked with me that whole evening, figuring out what colors I liked best. The customer service she offers is outstanding. I would work with her again in a heart beat. It was easy to buy the dowel and her instructions are clear. I love this unicorn in what we called Mexican Sunset and my niece who is receiving it will be thrilled! This unicorn is so beautiful!!!
