Choose your preferred options from the listing and enter your personalization details in the personalization box. Depending on the design, you may personalize your piece with a name, date, initials, handwriting, fingerprint, paw print, baby handprint or footprint, birth flower, birthstone, or other meaningful details. For designs that require an image, simply send us your photo through Etsy Messages after placing your order. Please include your order number so we can easily match your image with your purchase.

2. What kind of photo or artwork should I send?

A clear, well-lit, high-resolution photo works best. Please photograph or scan the original fingerprint, handwriting, drawing, paw print, handprint, or footprint as clearly as possible. Don't worry about the background or small imperfections — our design team will carefully prepare your artwork for engraving. We understand that meaningful prints and handwriting aren't always available in perfect condition — especially when they come from old cards, documents, or treasured keepsakes. Our design team will carefully clean and prepare your image while preserving the unique characteristics that make it personal. If we feel the image isn't suitable, we'll contact you before moving forward.

3. What if I entered the wrong personalization or wanted to make changes after placing my order?

Please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. If production hasn't started, we'll do our best to update your personalization. After the first 24 hours, your order may already be in the production stage, and changes may no longer be possible or may require an additional charge and extra production time. The sooner you contact us, the more likely we'll be able to accommodate your request. We recommend carefully checking spelling, sizes, and engraving details before submitting your order.

4. Can you create jewelry from an old photo or document?

Yes. Many of our most meaningful pieces begin with an old photograph, handwritten note, signature, card, or document. Send us the best image you have, and we'll review it to see what can be preserved and transformed into your jewelry.

5. How long does it take to make my order?

Each Lynn Minimalist piece is made to order and individually personalized for you. Our standard production time can take up to approximately 2 weeks, depending on the design, personalization, and current order volume. During busy seasons such as Mother's Day, Father's Day, Valentine's Day, and Christmas, additional production time may be required. Your estimated arrival date includes both production time and shipping time. Please check the estimated delivery window shown on Etsy when placing your order, and feel free to contact us before ordering if you need your jewelry by a specific date.

6. How should I care for my jewelry?

Our jewelry is primarily crafted from 925 sterling silver and no Nickel so it will not cause allergy. Some pieces may also feature Cubic Zirconia stones or other design-specific materials. To keep your jewelry looking beautiful, avoid direct contact with water, perfume, lotions, hairspray, chlorine, and household chemicals. When you're not wearing it, gently wipe the piece with a soft jewelry cloth and store it in a dry, enclosed place. For sterling silver, an appropriate silver polishing cloth can help restore its shine when needed.

7. Can personalized jewelry be returned or exchanged?

If there is an error on our part, we are happy to accept returns of the item(s) within 30 days of the purchase date. However, personalized items cannot be returned as they cannot be resold. If you need to adjust the size or have another issue, please contact us so we can provide a solution. We, as a small business, would greatly appreciate your empathy and understanding. All items need to be in unworn condition to be eligible for a return. If your jewelry arrives damaged or missing, please contact us through Etsy Messages within 3 days from the receiving date and include your order number along with clear photos of the item and packaging. Yes! Your jewelry will arrive thoughtfully packaged in a gift box, making it ready to give to someone special. We also include a small jewelry cleaning cloth to help keep your piece looking beautiful You can enter the recipient's address as the shipping address during Etsy checkout, and we'll send the package directly to them. We're also happy to include your personal gift message with the order. Simply leave your message in the available gift/message section during checkout or send it to us through Etsy Messages after placing your order.
