This is a nice and simple box for keeping small to medium size everyday things, such as books, tools, or even some snacks. The box is made entirely and only of lightweight, but sturdy material - natural birch plywood, and coated with brown stain to give it extra protection and also a nicer look, while still keeping the beauty, unique pattern, and grain of wood easily visible. We did not use any metal parts or anything else than wood and glue (to keep it together for a long time).

The box opens when pushing the little raised part on the top, and closes while pushing it all the way to the end. This way the box will not open on its own, but still will be easy to open only using only one hand or a few fingers, to make it as comfortable and easy to use as possible. The edges are smoothened and not sharp, so it will be safe if you have any small kids or just hate sharp corners. The inside of the box is wooden with no extra ads to keep it simple and spacy, which leaves you a possibility to add your own mat or colorful cloth.

The box does not require any special care. Time by time you can clean it from dust and debris using wet napkins or a dry cloth, but do not let it soak in water or in any case wash it under water - lots of water may cause the box to deform or bend, resulting in that you won't be able to close or open the box.

PERSONALIZATION:
You're able to select from 3 options of personalization or leave it not personalized. When selecting "Simple letters" and "Fancy letters" we will glue small unpainted birch plywood letters on the top of the box to create your wanted message/text /name/quote. When selected with "Monogram / Engraving" - we will engrave the text/monogram into the wood of the box with a thermal laser, so the text will stay forever and will not fade or disappear. Both look good and it's totally up to you to decide which one do you like the most.
